How to work online as a Psychic Medium
Social media is key you can start with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc these are free
Yes, you will have to create content and do so consistently
These are platforms used at large and easiest to be found online
Start with Facebook(its free)
You can start with a personal account or a business page. Here is an example of a business pageAdd your name, bio and clean pictures of yourself
Make sure you highlight what you do and who you help eg. I am a Psychic Medium I help you gain clarity in your life and bring forward messages from your loved ones in Spirit
You’re pretty much set you can have a similar approach to most social platforms
Create text, image video content almost on a daily basis on who you are, what you do and the benefits of psychic mediumship and how it can help. If you have referrals you must highlight those
Never approach anyone to offer them readings but you can and should join practice groups and read for others is a great way to highlight your expertise and gain more referrals and testimonials
If you are just starting or have been working for some time these steps could apply a bit differently to you however they should work for most.
Do you actually need a website?
It can help to make it easier for clients to find you. It can help to bring more value to your work as a professional but many I spoke with did not need a website.
Social media alone can do wonders till you are 100% sure you wish to consistently work with clients. Then a website and systems should be set in place.
I spoke to many professionals and often it’s seasoned work, on and off, so see what your need is before committing time and money.
Make a simple website. You can do it yourself in a few hours. I recommend Carrd

The following tools will be critical in your work:
Canva (it’s free) to design posters, flyers, content etc
Calendly ($12/m) if you are ready to charge but can use the free version as a scheduler
Zoom (can be free) for 1:1 online sessions to work with clients
Testimonial start with the free subscription to collect up to 10 text testimonials
You should have established your social media presence and maybe created a website too

How to get clients online?
It’s very important to set clear boundaries with who your ideal clients and audience is!
There’s different pay scales so this is important
If you work with businesses and act as a consultant for their employees you are in the 5,6 figures a month pay
If you work with LinkedIn professionals you can look at couple hundreds a session
If you work with moms and dads it could be much lower
And it can go lower to no charge. This is your duty see how you want to work who you wish to help.
For example. Let’s assume you start to expand your work to LinkedIn (yes you can build a business not just get a job)
Many people there take matters more seriously and are more inclined to make bookings easier for their development. They tend to have expandable funds.
facebook is mostly cat videos and dancing vs LinkedIn mostly everyone is in a suit.

My strong recommendation is to build an audience on LinkedIn its free. And follow me too.
It will take consistency and time but I have a strong feeling you will be fully booked most of the time and paid to the value you offer.
Keep your sessions to 45 minutes I think that is the sweet spot anything over $70 is a good start for beginners. I believe the $150 - $300 range is something I can feel comfortable charging on platforms such as LinkedIn and your website.
I would even add a guarantee If their needs were not addressed they can request a refund or have another sitting for free.
Yes, you have to post, you have to create content as your brand is being built.
Same principles can be used on every other platform.
Can offer free readings too when you need more testimonials or wish to bring more awareness to your work. There’s many practice groups and you can help people who want a reading or post pictures for you to read.
You are not reaching out to them out of the practice boundary but it does create an opportunity to market yourself.
Types of readings
Define clearly your offering. I would suggest not more than 1-3 services you do.
I have seen some offering 30 services… which is a big no.
You could offer a psychic reading and state clearly how long the sessions are
Are these sessions on Zoom? 1:1?
These seem to be the most common offerings.
I have seen a few others that i find interesting
Readings subscription. One could subscribe for a lower fee to have 3 sessions with you within 6 months. Or 6 or as many and as long makes sense to you.
It can offer a bit of a discount to the client and more guaranteed income for you too.
There is also customer retention which is so adored by most businesses. You want your clients to keep returning or refer others to your work.
Email Readings. I have seen this option to be pretty popular clients could send a picture they need a reading, or provide you some details and their questions and get a reading back next day via email either through text, audio or video.
It could work for some people who are more private and can’t meet with psychic mediums or can’t hear well
See what works for you.
I intend my newsletters to be an easy read. This could definitely turn into an ebook. But i think we are at a good start for online work. I will focus a bit on in-person work which is as crucial as online.
In anything that you do please remember to ask for a testimonial.
And do provide a money back guarantee. I tend not to work with the same client if they asked for a refund the first time - i might not be the right fit for them.
How to work in-person as a Psychic Medium
I don’t have as much experience working in-person but I believe these ideas can work very well
If you are doing public demonstrations (public group readings) then get one of those rolled vertical banners with your name and your website make it easier for everyone add a QR code they can scan to go to your website. Will be easy for everyone to follow your work or join upcoming events.
If think this is so powerful and missed by most.
Look on the internet shouldn’t be too expensive to build one and have on the platform just before you start working.
I like the brochures you definitely see in coffee shops, bookshops, spiritual stores etc so make one add your picture what you do who you help and how people can book an appointment with you. Yes leave as many as possible to different places after asking their permission.
It can work very well if you have a set fee for different events, if its in person public demonstrations, in person corporate events or parties or even bar or fun venues you must set a clear fee and should be at least in the hundreds of dollars for a set time.
Remember the word of mouth if crucial. The more you are known the easier for others to know and refer you for your services and book an appointment with you online or for an event.
Generally in person events tend to make a stronger connection with people so if you can do it i think you are golden!
Find what works for you. You must create your own style and be open to innovate and try different approaches. But always remember ethics and integrity as holistic professionals.
This is a Holistic Career it takes many years of dedication and a lot of money and time and emotions invested. So please be kind to yourself and accept your worth.
